Felicia, a rather evil cat in the mouse world, is Professor Ratigan's precious pet. Ratigan often serves Felicia her favorite dish, mice, when they have done the professor ill-will. Though she was meant to eat the Queen Moustoria in Ratigan's foiled plot to overtake the thrown, Felicia is chased down by Toby and meets her demise inside the gates of Buckingham Palace, where she is attacked by royal guard dogs.
